Al-Ahsa Hospital Management Organizes the Staff Annual Iftar 2018

 

 

Al-Ahsa Hospital organized the annual Iftar for its personnel in the hospital’s cafeteria on Monday 19 Ramadan 1439 H (June 4th 2018 AD) in the presence of hospital’s executive director Dr. Maher Jamal Eddine as well as directors, managers and heads of departments.

 

This annual celebration comes in line with the policy and goals of the hospital’s board of directors to continuously encourage the spirit of teamwork and unison among senior management and staff such as doctors, nurses, and other personnel. As a matter of fact, Ramadan gatherings spread human values and instill belonging and loyalty in employees which positively affects general performance and social relations deepening the bonds that connect them, away from daily work routine and at the service of the hospital’s interests.

 

Dr. Maher Jamaleddine reiterated that this event is a shared celebration of the Holy Month of Ramadan with the hospital’s personnel, hoping that it would strengthen the bonds of communication and cooperation among employees. He expressed appreciation of their efforts and encouraged them to carry on their hard work that is at the root of every successful milestone the hospital has achieved so far. “Whatever is sown is reaped and we ask God to accept our fasting in this time of the year”, he said. He also applauded the strong relationships among the staff as one family, representing an excellent example of comradeship and teamwork harmony for one purpose: achieving the hospital’s mission of quality improvement and patient safety, excellence, and generous giving.

 

He also thanked the Chairman Mr. Abdulmohsen Al Othman for his perpetual support and wise leadership of the hospital.

 

Dr. Jamaleddine also thanked the attendees for their presence wishing them a happy Ramadan as well as successful accomplishments in their professional life, affirming that the hospital will keep encouraging the best work environment for growth, development, and creativity.

 

Moreover, he thanked the head of food services department and her team members for the excellent organization of the event and the preparation of an exceptional bountiful buffet enriched with various Ramadan special dishes, drinks, and sweets.
