-Your feedback is important to us, if you are not satisfied with any aspect of your stay, it will help us understand the needs of our patients and enables us to constantly evaluate and improve our services.
-You can give your positive or your negative feedback either to our patient relations staff on their daily rounds, or upon discharge you can fill out the patient satisfaction survey and we will communicate with you later on.
-After getting your feedback, we will deal with your concerns or complaint. The process will take few days, and then our patient relations officer will call you back to give you the proper feedback.
-The complaint process is confidential and will not be documented in your medical record and will not influence, in any way, the care or treatment you receive.Concerns should be directed in the first instance to the Head Nurse at your ward, or to patient relations which may be contacted on Ext: 4416.
